During the first meeting the client will be provided with a round prospective concerning the success-chances and the possible outcomes for the procedure. In this phase we fully inform our clients about the costs the activity would imply for the sake of a conscious decision.
Nell’ipotesi di contenzioso giudiziale con soccombenza avversaria i costi saranno sostenuti, quantomeno parzialmente, dalla controparte.
