He is Born on 15/08/1961, married with two children, both active in the same profession.

He’s graduated in Law at the University of Trieste in 1985 discussing a dissertation regarding “Consideration on the new regulation of the Ritual Arbitration”, under the supervision of Prof. Ferruccio Tommaseo, grade 110/110.

He has been continuously practicing as a attorney at law since 1985, and he has been acknowledged in the Lawyers Register in 1987, he is indeed recognized before the Supreme Court and the other upper Courts. He’s been writing on "il Foro Friulano" for years.
