For almost 35 years our Studio Legale is performing its services for employers and workers, with a special focus on the pathologic element of the contractual relationship. We pay a very special attention on the management of the employment relationship, also on regard to discipline issues.

In the delicate field of the employment injuries we are able to take care of our clients on a 360° range, both in the legal sense and in the practical one: we can follow the not-judicial part up to the judicial one, both in criminal and in civil law. We can also help our clients in finding the most suitable legal doctor, we can follow the process before the National Institute for Employment Injuries (INAIL) in a way that it’s often possible to activate the employers’ private insurance cover. In this sensible topic our main goal is to fully restore employees, in their financial loss and in their not-material damage.
